What you pay
justera.co.uk does not charge you for using our service and acts solely as an introducer. If you go ahead, your agreement is with Consultation Claims Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 836626), who handle your claim.
A fee is only payable if your claim succeeds. It’s charged in bands depending on the compensation you receive, and never more than the cap in pounds. All fees include VAT.
| If you get | Up to | Capped at |

These caps are set by the FCA’s claims management rules (CMCOB 5.2). We may receive a fee for introducing you to a third party CMC or panel solicitor, this does not affect any compensation you may receive.
